Are you suffering from plantar fasciitis? Constantly dealing with arthritis pain? Morton’s Neuroma? Shin splints? Foot orthotics from Foot Solutions can aid in the relief of a wide variety of foot disorders.
Our custom foot orthotics accommodate your feet, providing balanced pressure throughout the surface of the foot, which prevents areas of excessive pressure. High pressure areas can lead to blisters, calluses, and even ulcerations.
In addition, by supporting the exact contour of your feet, we are able to prevent certain abnormalities. Some abnormalities, such as over-pronation or supination, can create problems in your ankles, knees, hips, and back. Your feet are the foundation of your entire body, without properly supporting your feet, you leave your body susceptible to a multitude of additional problems.
Many problems you may be experiencing can be corrected by using a pair of custom foot orthotics, but you can also prevent pain and discomfort from ever occurring. Our custom foot orthotics are produced from a digital scan of your foot, placed into a sub-talar neutral position. This allows us to create a device that supports you in your natural position, keeping your feet, ankles, knees, hips and back in proper alignment. Our staff uses state-of-the-art technology to acquire the most accurate analysis of your feet possible.
Not all foot orthotics are the same. Many other arch supports are either simply cushioned pads or give a small, inadequate amount of arch support and lack individual customization to your foot. They may feel comfortable, but by failing to actually correct faulty foot mechanics, will not relieve painful deformities or syndromes effectively. Our Custom Arch Support Technology (CAST) are the only custom orthotics calibrated to both your body weight and foot flexibility, which allows for optimal support through all phases of your gait cycle.
We also are able to make our foot orthotics in a variety of styles and sizes, allowing us to fit almost any shoe. If we are working with an athletic/walking shoe, we will make a full length insert for maximum comfort. If dress shoes are you main concern, our foot orthotics are available in a thinner, ¾ length (beginning at the back of the heel and ending just behind the ball-of-the-foot) to ensure sufficient space to accommodate the forefoot.
Need extra-cushioning? Our orthotics are available in three different densities of ethyl vinyl acetate (the same type of rubber found in the soles of most athletic shoes), and there are many top cover options as well, to achieve the ultimate combination of support and cushioning. Another advantage of these materials is that our staff can make modifications as necessary. The top covers can be replaced as they wear out, and adjustments can be made to ensure even as you switch shoes, the orthotics still give you the same great feel you love.
